Initial Consulatation:

Duration: 30 minutes
Fee: Free
The initial consultation allows us to discuss your case, explain the dispute resolution process, and assess whether mediation or arbitration is right for you.

Hourly Mediation Rate:

Fee: $250 – $400 per hour (depending on the complexity of the case)
‍Minimum Duration: 2 hours
Includes preparation time, reviewing relevant documents, and conducting mediation sessions. Additional hours will be charged at the agreed-upon hourly rate.

Half-Day Mediation (Up to 4 Hours):

Fee: $1,000 – $1,600
Ideal for smaller disputes or issues that may require only a few hours of mediation.

Full-Day Mediation (Up to 8 Hours):

Fee: $2,000 – $3,200
Suitable for more complex or multi-party disputes. Includes all necessary breaks, review time, and drafting of a memorandum of understanding if the mediation results in a resolution.

Hourly Arbitration Rate:

Fee: $300 – $500 per hour (depending on the complexity of the case)
Covers arbitration hearings, reviewing evidence, and rendering a final award. Arbitration is often more formal than mediation, and the rate may vary based on the number of parties involved or the complexity of the case.

Arbitration Pre-Hearing Preparation:

Fee: $250 – $350 per hour
Time spent reviewing documents, preparing for the hearing, and conducting any necessary preliminary meetings or teleconferences.

Half-Day Arbitration (Up to 4 Hours):

Fee: $1,200 – $2,000
Suitable for straightforward cases that require limited hearing time.

Full-Day Arbitration (Up to 8 Hours):

Fee: $2,400 – $4,000
Recommended for more complex cases requiring extended hearings and detailed review.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the scheduled fee will be charged.
‍Less than 24 hours’ notice: Full fee will be charged.(Exceptions can be made for emergencies, on a case-by-case basis.)

Administrative Fees:

Filing Fee (for Arbitration): $150
‍Document Review Fee: $100 per hour for review of extensive case documents, if required.

Travel Fees:

For Mediation/Arbitration outside [City Name]:
Mileage Fee: $0.60 per mile (for locations more than 50 miles from [Office Location])
‍Travel Time Fee: $150 per hour (for travel exceeding 1 hour)

Payment Terms:

° A retainer is required for full-day or half-day services.
° Payments are due within 7 days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise arranged.
° Acceptable payment methods include bank transfer, check, or major credit cards.
